Warranty and Return Policies:
At the time of receiving your order you must carefully review your products.
If there is an incorrect, defective or damaged item, you must contact us by phone or email from the company to review and evaluate the case and thus solve the problem.
To make the return of a product effective, it must be done within thirty (30) days after the purchase, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and with the original label, you will also need the purchase receipt .
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of items that are purchased on sale (with the exception of appliances).
To make the guarantee of the equipment effective, you must return the equipment with your purchase receipt, the guarantee letter and the equipment ownership letter that Possema sent you when you purchased the equipment.
The equipment will be evaluated by the engineers and you will receive an answer within ten (10) days after the return.
The guarantee covers the repair or replacement of the parts that have any manufacturing defect and that the engineers have verified.
The guarantee is not effective if the equipment shows damages due to abnormal use or use contrary to that indicated in the equipment manual, when the equipment has been manipulated by any external maintenance or repair engineers authorized by Possema.
When the equipment presents blows or connections to voltages other than those indicated.
Accessories are not guaranteed.
It is essential that the equipment keep its original label with the serial number to make its warranty effective.
